Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, subject to availability.

After delivery and acceptance of the item, Saad by Sadna is not responsible for improper handling, wear, or damage. Slight variations in handmade pieces are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
